Gladys is originally from Mexico and relocated to Naples 23 years ago. She possesses extensive knowledge of Southwest Florida, having accumulated 19 years of experience in the real estate sector. In 2022, she graduated from Florida SouthWestern College with a bachelor's degree in Supervision and Management, after attaining an associate’s degree in accounting technology in 2018.
Gladys began her career in real estate as an assistant in 2003 and secured her Real Estate License in 2005. In 2016, she joined MVP Realty Associates, recognized as a premier real estate company, and transitioned to Realty One Group MVP in August 2024.
